I had to make an emergency stop here after my engine started to overheat, and Donna was an absolute saint. She explained everything that was going to be done in detail, answered all of my questions, and kept me updated about my car. I got a full inspection and diagnostic, along with repairs to my coolant system. Everything was sent to me via text, and I learned about issues my car was having that I didn’t even realize. Her estimate was accurate, and she was incredibly helpful. I keep bragging to my friends and family about the awesome service I got here. I’m never choosing another mechanic again.

Staff is very helpful. My questions were answered well. The waiting area and restroom is clean and comfortable. There was a full assortment of Keurig drinks, not only coffee, but cocoa and green tea. Most importantly, the service on the car was done quickly. I got a complete report including images. The battery failed and they even sent an image of the failure. They gave me confidence in order to make the decision to replace it. They got the part quickly and installed it. I liked the complete advisement I got. I've never had better car service and waiting experience. I highly recommend this place.

My car suddenly developed engine trouble and I had to pull off the road. My first call was to Gregg Smith Automotive and Donna was more than helpful. She advised me to have the car towed to the shop, I didn’t need to come with the car, and they would do a diagnostic and let me know. It could not have been easier. They soon had diagnosed the problem (one cylinder was misfiring), suggested several options for the repair, and I had the car back the very next day. I totally trust Gregg Smith Automotive to all my car’s maintenance and repairs, from simple oil changes to breakdowns as happened in this case.

AAA towed me in. 1 flat tire. Offered me options. It wasn't a sales, it was relational conversation. They had to call around for my tire. Only 2 hours later, I'm on my way. Snacks provided and kerig selection. Comfortable and cool. I think they even corrected my front end as it no longer pulled right. Excellent reception. Excellent service. Excellent... period.

I was so impressed with this auto shop when I brought my car in for a few issues. From the receptionist to the technician to the owner, they gave great service and a thorough explanation of what needed to be done with a detailed report with photos included. We came up with a plan to take care of each issue at levels of priority and their prices were beyond reasonable for the experience and attention to detail Gregg Smith Automotive provides to ensure you have a safe and reliable ride.
