I highly recommend this shop! Very courteous and will keep you informed every step of the way!! My car was making a clunking noise, then I needed brake work. This is the all-around best auto shop I've ever used. The staff are very professional and very friendly. They explain everything well and are fair, with reasonable prices.

First time here after a two year gap. Bought a new car and let the dealer do the oil changes. So this was a 35,000 mile oil change and I decided to get work my service done locally again. Scheduling was easy. Betty was friendly and helpful. Oil change was done and my experience was personable and informative
Prices were good. I needed full synthetic oil. The wait time was normal. I have decided to return here. It's local, they all seem professional and knowledgeable. A+

My 2007 Nissan Frontier P/U died on 75N last month, had it towed to GS Automotive late on a Friday. On Monday I got called by Nate to discuss what happened, it lasted about 10 mins and he told me he’d be in touch. On Tuesday. I was informed the engine was blown and would need to be replaced, he sent a quote shortly after. We discussed options, he even called around to see what he could get for it. We spoke more and I decided to replace the engine. He explained how long it would take and it turns out he was remarkably accurate. Engine replaced, invoice paid, I drove back and forth to Tallahassee 2 days later and, it’s running FATASTIC. I have an engine w/42k miles and 3 yr warranty. So, pretty obvious I believe the mechanics are outstanding. But, so is Nate & Desk Staff. POLITE & PROFESSIONAL…5 STARS WITHOUT A DOUBT!!!

Top notch customer service! They provided diagnostics for my used 2016 Honda Odyssey to make sure everything was set for a road trip. They helped make sure I had a ride to work when I dropped off my car and had my car done before I had expected it. They were great with communication and helped me make choices to keep me and my family safe while also making sure my van was in great shape before the trip. Trustworthy and honest!
Every time I go for my oil change, I love that they do a full inspection so I feel confident that my car is in great running condition for all the driving I do every week!

Above and beyond they took my truck in and went threw everything like a Dr does
And then they. Told me everything thing about my truck right down too the smallest thing. And explained everything clearly what needed to be done right away so I could get back on the road
Did exactly what they said no hidden surprise and exactly what they said it would cost everything upfront and I will be going back to so they can fix the little things. It's like having a dr for my truck and they have my trust and my gratitude for everything thank you

Took car in for transmission oil change. It had a problem with power window as well. The parts got delayed, but the team at Gregg Smith were helpful, pleasant, communicative, and got the job done and done well. It was a good experience. I recommend having their team work on your car.

Hello! I had my car recently serviced at Greg Smith AUTO for a power steering fluid leak. Instead of replacing the whole tank as previously thought, the technicians only replaced the parts that hooked up to the tank, would save me a ton of money. They said the tank was not leaking. I appreciate their good work and honesty. Even though I have moved to St. Augustine half a year ago, I still bring my car back to Greg Smith AUTO for his servicing as they do an excellent job and I Appreciate their honesty in dealing with customers. Thanks again.!😀

Had some unexpected car trouble while passing through the area, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I really can’t say enough about Gregg Smith Automotive. They are the MOST honest, reliable, trustworthy and compassionate auto repair shop that you will EVER find. They make sure that they tell you the truth about your vehicle. Most repair shops are just out to make a dollar but NOT this one. If they wouldn’t feel safe in YOUR vehicle then they make sure you get the correct solution. I would 100% recommend them.

We had an oil change and stabilizers replaced. The recommendation for the stabilizers replacement made a difference for the better, and my Wife has already commented how much better the drive feels. I also was brought up to speed as to how the service fees are charged, and everything makes sense and was explained. Excellent customer service. We will definitely keep coming back.

Gregg Smith Auto went above and beyond, diagnosing and treating my car. I had it back fully loaded with all the new parts installed within 4 days (including the weekend)! Plus, they cleaned parts of the interior (I never asked for this service).

This shop has the most professional employees of any garage I have dealt with. I had a company truck break down in the area, called Gregg Smith Auto and Nate got the truck right in. Unfortunately, the truck had a catastrophic engine failure and the engine needed to be replaced. Since our company is over 3 hours away, we had it shipped back to our city for the repairs, but these guys took good care of the vehicle and were kind enough to assist in the return via transport truck. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and help in getting this truck returned.

From start to finish, the experience was excellent! I was kept updated the entire time my vehicle was in their care. They also took care of the repairs covered by a third-party warranty and managed all communication with the warranty provider. Truly honest and straightforward service!

They always do the extra things not expected. They filled my reserved tire with air so if i need it the tire will be ready. They filled my window washer fluid. They checked my in car filter & no one had changed it before. Thanks KL

I quit going to Greg Smith automotive because of service wasn't great, I went back to them this week with brake problem that has been going off for 2 years, after meeting Betty and Alex the owners of the auto shop, I was convinced these people are for real, they are honest they tell you what can be done, and they fixed my problem and I had no issues whatsoever but smiles walking out the door, I would recommend this automotive shop to everyone, I consider it a mom and pop place, thank you Betty and Alex for helping me, it was a pleasure to meet you, 🙏✌️

Gregg Smith automotive has long been the very best in the area. I just learned today that Gregg Smith has retired and sold the business. They need to update their website to reflect that it is no longer family owned and operated. Time will tell by the reviews whether the new owners maintain the same quality of work and customer service.

We are very pleased with the service we received. Pricing was acceptable and the work was done in a timely manner. We will use them again. They changed the rear wheel bearings on a 2015 Subaru Forester at a way lower price than a local Subaru Dealer quoted.
